So, we have chuch at 9:00 now, and this has been really hard for Katie. Every Sunday she has cried and cried not wanting to get dressed. She always says,"I just want to stay home and hang out." Now since hanging out at home is my favorite thing to do, I can relate. I also have a hard time going to church. Adam has meetings in the morning and I get the kids there myself. Getting up and going has always been one of my "challenges". Nevertheless I have been doing it. I have had to physically hold her down and dress her. Katie is normally a very mellow little girl and this has been so out of character. A few weeks ago Jenn gave me some advice. On Saturday we talk about how church is the next day, and we will have to get up and get ready. All day I am reminding her. We pick out her clothes together that night and get the church bag all ready as well. For two weeks now Sundays have been a breeze, Katie has been an angel. I was almost in tears last week telling Jenn about it, and thanking her. She is such a life saver. This is just one of the many examples of how great Jenn is. She has been the best friend a girl could ask for. She is always willing to help and give 110% of her time and effort. She loves my children, and they love her. I love you Jenn, and thank you for all you do. Happy Birthday!!!!
