Early morning conversations... My kids like to get up early and climb into bed with me. Adam is gone 4 days a week, but when he is home it's his favorite. I love it too, they are so snuggly and sweet. Katie comes in around four, and Isaac around five. This morning, it was 6:00 when Isaac joined me and Katie. She woke up and the first thing she did was scoot over, put her arm around him and say, "Good morning Isaac." She looked at him and says, "open your eyes, I think you have sleepy rocks in them. Oh, nope you don't. But I do. I always get sleepy rocks. Mom your fingers are too big and mine are little and I can get them. " She is always pointing out how big I am compared to her. Especially specifics, like my nose, bum, and even my nipples. Yes I did just put that. But they are just a body part too. Except she calls them "hippos". Umm... she said something else too, but now I can't remember. I need to get one of those notebooks Jenn, so I can write it down right away. I love early morning snuggles, even if Isaac likes to kick me in the stomache. He is really just stretching, but it hurts!! I love the way they look too. Isaac still has that sleepy look, but it's just not the same without the crazy hair. Even their breath is sweet. I know that I am biased, but it's true. I really am lucky to get to stay home with my kids. I treasure all of the little moments like these. I love Adam for working so hard, and making it possible for me to do this.
