Spring is in the air today....

Nothing like playing outside with friends, and cool toys!!

Ashley and Katie

Isaac was sooo excited!!

Katie loves it when Jaxon and Max come over,

especially when they come to spend the night!! They are all sleeping in the toy room, minus Isaac who is in my bed.
Happy Birthday Jaxon!!
Jaxon is 5 today. I was there when he was born, and will never forget it. And not because he was huge weighing in at 9 lbs 12 oz. It was and is, one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen. I love you Jaxon!!
Katie thought she was so big riding a "barbie motorcycle" with Kelsey, our neighbor.

Grandpa got the boat all ready for summer with a new rack, and a new swim dock thingy. The kids thought they were pretty cool. Can't wait for summer!!! We love you Grandpa!

Isaac took a little digger on the driveway trying to skateboard. He is so funny, he was trying to sit on it, sat too far back and just tipped over.

Ever since we joined the gym and have been swimming, Katie has wanted "gobbles". She has had this huge growth spurt, and we had to buy her some new clothes. They also had goggles, so she wore them, and a new dress out of the store. This was how she came downstairs this morning.

She is so cute!! How do they get so big so fast?

Here are some pictures of the past few weeks.

Katie and Isaac discovered showers.

They totally clean my shower for me, or at least think that they are.

Katie and I had a dress a full on dress up tea party last Sunday. She was putting lipstick on me.

Whenever I want to take a picture of Katie, she wants to do some kind of twisty thing.

Isaac is so stinking cute, I could just eat his chubby little cheeks.

Katie and Isaac playing the computer in thier batman pajamas.

the start of the hunt

Isaac was happy just to play with his basket

Katie loved every bit of it

playing games on a sunday afternoon

I have been trying to download these pictures for a while now, so here we are.
Early morning conversations...

My kids like to get up early and climb into bed with me. Adam is gone 4 days a week, but when he is home it's his favorite. I love it too, they are so snuggly and sweet. Katie comes in around four, and Isaac around five. This morning, it was 6:00 when Isaac joined me and Katie. She woke up and the first thing she did was scoot over, put her arm around him and say, "Good morning Isaac." She looked at him and says, "open your eyes, I think you have sleepy rocks in them. Oh, nope you don't. But I do. I always get sleepy rocks. Mom your fingers are too big and mine are little and I can get them. " She is always pointing out how big I am compared to her. Especially specifics, like my nose, bum, and even my nipples. Yes I did just put that. But they are just a body part too. Except she calls them "hippos". Umm... she said something else too, but now I can't remember. I need to get one of those notebooks Jenn, so I can write it down right away. I love early morning snuggles, even if Isaac likes to kick me in the stomache. He is really just stretching, but it hurts!! I love the way they look too. Isaac still has that sleepy look, but it's just not the same without the crazy hair. Even their breath is sweet. I know that I am biased, but it's true. I really am lucky to get to stay home with my kids. I treasure all of the little moments like these. I love Adam for working so hard, and making it possible for me to do this.
